SHIPPING:
Where do MBoards ship to?
We ship worldwide using USPS (United States Postal Service) with Priority, Priority Express and Priority/Priority Express International. If your address or location isn’t supported when checking out, please send us an email at support@mboards.co and we will do our best to help.
How do I track my order?
Once an order has been received we will put the items together, package it and create a shipping label. The shipping label contains a tracking number which is then updated once picked up by our dispatcher. You will receive a confirmation via email once your item has shipped and with a tracking number. You can track your package via the link sent via email or by copying the tracking number and entering it into the USPS tracking service online. Please note that tracking your order online will give you the most up to date information.
Does your free shipping deal apply outside of America?
Unfortunately, our free shipping offer for orders over $250 is only available to customers within the USA. If this changes in the future, we’ll keep our customers in the loop via email.
What are the process times for shipping out my item?
